Everything was cleaned, sanitized, and restored perfectly, and the pricing was fair and transparent with no hidden fees. Excellent service, great communication, and unbeatable value. Working with 5 Star Restoration (Raphael and his crews) was a top notch experience all around. They took our flooded basement from disaster to even better-than-before, and throughout the process they were diligent, courteous, and clearly knowledgeable about every aspect of their work. They were unbelievably responsive and sensitive to our needs, minimizing our stress in the aftermath of a devastating storm. Communication was flawless (Gabrielle is amazing!) in spite of what must have been a very demanding time for them. (We referred several neighbors to them who were also affected by the storm and got nothing but positive feedback.)
